The Royal Motor Yacht Club Port Hacking is the place to relax and enjoy some quality time with friends. A place where the drinks are affordable, the food is fantastic, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the company exceptional.

Whether you are a keen sailor, yachtie, boatie, game, deep sea or fishing enthusiast, or just love making new friends and want somewhere local to relax and unwind with the family, then the RMYC Port Hacking is the club for you.

Do you have a child who loves to fish or is keen to get started? The RMYC Port Hacking has the perfect activity for your budding anglers!

Kids Fishing is a free event, hosted by the RMYC Port Hacking and sponsored by SWF Constructions, the Port Hacking Game Fishing Club and Fergo’s Tackleworld, held on the second Sunday of every month over Autumn & Winter.

It’s a great way to start your Sunday, round up the kids, grab a hat, bucket and fishing rod – we’ll provide the bait and all the fun! The RMYC Port Hacking will be open and serving hot Hennessy Coffee to warm up the hands, so grab a cuppa and meet us down on the marina for an 11am start.

There’s a presentation and prizes for for the biggest fish, most fish and first fish caught and a free sausage sizzle for all participants. We can not stress enough, bookings are essential for staff and catering purposes. If you are planning on joining in the fun, please contact our team on reception on 9523 9300, submit a booking via our website or message us via our Facebook event with your contact details and the names and ages of the children attending.

All attending anglers must be accompanied by an adult.

As always, keep watching our Facebook page for information and updates. Kids just need to bring a hat, bucket and fishing rod.
