Hey there! I’m Lisa, a mother of two and I understand how busy people’s lives can be - that’s why I created BusyBods. My goal is to show my clients how easy it can be to be fit and healthy.
I am a qualified pre and post natal personal trainer and I have helped many women through out their pregnancies and return to training after giving birth.
I don’t believe in quick fixes, fad diets or 6-week bikini body programs. Instead, I like to take a holistic approach and give you the tools you need to make positive and sustainable choices for optimal health in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
Think personal training is too exy or you don’t have the time? I offer 45-and-60 minute 1-on-1 PT ,
partner and small group training and I come to your home or your local park saving you time and the costs of gym membership and creche fees.
Small group training is a cost-effective way to train with a PT - with a max of 8 people per session you won’t get lost like in a bootcamp environment.
