Looking to get moving, get outdoors and back into your fitness postpartum but finding it hard to get 5-minutes to yourself?
Why not join a group of supportive mums and bring along your bub to Fit Mums & Little Ones. We have mums at all points of their journey and all facing different challenges come together to exercise while keeping a close eye over their little one. At most sessions there is a registered childcare worker who is happy to entertain or rock your little one while you get some time to focus on your workout.
I am accredited in Exercise throughout Pregnancy and Beyond and having just had my own baby, I am sympathetic to what us ladies go through from finding time to get back into shape while managing all sorts of pregnancy and delivery related issues!
Come and join us once or twice a week. Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-9:30am at Como Pleasure Grounds.
