Make a flower crown with artist Leahlani Johnson, enjoy free art making and 60s games and activities for children, face painting, a free 60s dress-ups and polaroid photobooth and food and drink in the Hazelhurst Café

Enjoy the current exhibition at Hazelhurst Arts Centre highlighting the work of Marion Hall Best (1905-1988), Sydney’s pre-eminent interior designer of the 20th century. She was one of the first independent and most influential interior designers in Australia.

You’ll be transported back to the 1960s for the day. There’ll be authentic 60s vintage wears including clothing, knitwear and jewellery, there’ll be classics from the 60s with Endless Summer Beach Party, go go dancing and a classic car display.

The Cove Bar and Grill offers more than your typical club food; inspired by the proprietor’s family farm in Kulnara, with its own citrus trees and livestock. Signature dishes include, Saganaki Prawns in a rich Napolitana sauce and Asian-style glazed beef short rib. And, if you’re after something a bit special, you can’t go past the seafood board for two.

If you’re planning to visit on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the kids will eat for FREE when accompanied by a paying adult. Plus, there are special meals deals on most evenings*.
