Rise & Shine Kindergarten are delighted to be teaming up with Veena Parry from Sleep Sweet Sleep Deep to deliver a Sleep information session via Zoom. Sleep is always a topic of discussion with our families so we are excited to be able to work with Veena to help out in this area.
The session will be at 8:00 pm on Wednesday 12 January.

During the session Veena will be speaking about topics that people regularly have trouble with so if you do have a specific question, please email that through so Veena can prepare.
