Failure to pay fee or deliver the in-kind arrangement by the deadline, can result in the termination of the Booking. All invoices are in AUD. All fees and payments are due prior to the commencement of execution and delivery.

5. Cancellation

Upon receiving such notice, the defaulting party shall have fifteen (15) days from the date of such notice to cure any such default. If the default is not cured within the required fifteen (15) day period, the party providing notice shall have the right to terminate this Agreement.  Unless agreed to in writing, no monies will be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
