Our philosophy is that a restaurant is about creating memorable experiences: sumptuous food, a relaxed environment where people can enjoy themselves. Our terrace subtly frames the serenity of the park and bay and is the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets. Our decor incorporates natural textures of cedar, sisal and sandstone, music is curated with carefully considered acoustics, lighting is ambient. We aim for optimum service and staff levels to ensure your dining experience is much more than the mouthwatering food, cocktails and wines we serve.
Our Internationally award winning Chefs, headed by Peter Hutchinson (Sous Chef Aria, two Michelin-starred Sugar Club, London) present a Mediterranean inspired menu fused with local Australian ingredients reflecting their passions and the seasons.
