RT Sleep feels very passionate about sleep in babies and toddlers as I have seen how poor sleep can affect families. I want parents to enjoy the short time they have with their kiddos (before they become teenagers) and not have poor sleep or bad naps as a stressor in life.
Sleep is as important as eating. We don’t let our kids skip meals, so why would we let them skip sleep? Their little brains and bodies need sleep to grow and develop just like they need food (or a million snacks in a toddler’s case).
My approach to improving your child's sleep is quite simple (and gentle!)
1. I will give you honest information about WHY sleep is so important for your child's well-being.
2. I will lay out an easy-to-follow, step-by-step customized plan that lets you make some choices about what the right approach for your child is.
3. I will show you how to measure success (Full Disclosure-You shouldn't expect your child to sleep 12 uninterrupted hours on the first night, but I will tell you what you can expect along the way).
I am offering two-week programs that include a one-to-one consultation, phone calls and email support. The consultation can be provided via Zoom at a time that suits you.
