School’s back this week, and though we’ve done much to prepare our children for heading into the classroom, how we help our kids foster their skills outside of the classroom can be just as important!
Enrolling children in extra-curricular activities has been proven to increase vital life-long skills such as working as part of a team, goal setting, building determination, resilience and so much more. It’s also just a great way to inject some fun in your kids lives during the school term.
If your child is considering taking on a new activity, there’s a diverse selection to choose from within the Sutherland Shire.
Dancing, sewing, gymnastics, craft, wellbeing, sewing… what activity will your child take part in outside of school this term to help them learn and grow?
Enrol into the world’s leading preschool dance program, babyballet®, at KRS Dance! babyballet® involves the whole family as mum, dad and carers can have lots of fun joining in with our Tots and Tinies. It is a lovely opportunity to meet others and make new friends.
With a researched and proven focus on learning through play, the unique babyballet® syllabus offers four key stages of ballet and tap classes where every child can build their confidence and social skills that will give them the tools they need to transition smoothly into new environments.
The classes are so much more than dancing and will establish positive habits such as learning manners, discipline and respect while developing the foundations of technique, coordination, musicality, balance, posture and rhythm. babyballet® Kirrawee offers free trial classes, which your little stars will love. Come along and share in the babyballet® Magic.
