I'm Laura and I have been running Glacier Fitness in my home based gym since 2019.
It's a passion of mine to help women feel confident in their bodies and improve their every day lives through movement.
My goal is to create a safe space for women to train without judgement or feeling like they don't belong. I'm not the type of trainer that's going to yell at you or force you into doing something you hate because I believe exercise should be enjoyable! Your health and fitness should be about what works for you so no fad diets or extreme weight loss challenges! I work with you to find the right balance with your lifestyle so you can feel your best.
I am pre and post natal certified and have worked with clients during and after pregnancies as well as working with clients and their regular hormone cycles to give our bodies the movement it needs instead of some cookie cutter program.
All our personal training sessions are completely private so you never have to feel uncomfortable in a gym again (though you may get the occasional cat wander in for cuddles)
Flexible booking options means you aren't locked into the same time each week and instead you have the freedom to train at a time that suits you because I understand life can be chaotic.

Our small group classes have a maximum of 5 women per class so that all exercises can be tailored to those in the class.
All classes are based on a timed format so no matter your ability level you are never feeling like you are competing against others in the class and instead can just focus on the movement at hand. Everyone starts and finishes together! try any of our group classes for free!

Disability and Older Individuals:
Our chair fitness class is a low impact dance class suitable for anyone with mobility issues because we stay seated the whole time. With a variety of movements you'll get your heart pumping while dancing to the likes of the Spice Girls, ABBA and Beyonce
I work with NDIS clients and am happy to work with your support plans and needs
We all know exercise should be part of our regular routines and I strive to make getting to the gym as stress free as possible.
