Banish school holiday boredom and give your kids an opportunity to learn about respect, teamwork and develop some all-round ball skills, while having bucket-loads of fun at the Sydney FC School Holiday Clinics.
Boys and girls from ages 5 to 13 years old, will have the opportunity to lift their game with fun drills and activities that build confidence and improve individual football skills, including striking the ball, first touch, one-on-one and running with the ball.
Children of all abilities will benefit from the two or three-day clinics. There will be a ball for every child; an important factor in helping kids to develop fundamental movement skills and ensuring a marked improvement in every child who attends. Experienced, fully qualified Sydney FC coaches will make sure everyone takes something positive away from the experience and that the sessions are fun and engaging.
Former Socceroo and Sydney FC Manager of Community Programs, Paul Reid, said: “We set out to ensure every child has a great time, whilst also honing their football skills. We aim to create a truly memorable experience and the fact that we have plenty of eager youngsters keen to return year on year is a testament to this.”
A Sydney FC training kit and hat is included for all participants, together with a two-game membership which means they can attend final two matches of the Hyundai A-League season – big games against Melbourne Victory and Perth Glory.
All players also receive a certificate signed by a Sydney FC player.
