Peanut Butter French ToastPrint This
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- bread of choice
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and whisk together. Place your bread in the mixture and allow to soak for a minute or two. Transfer to a pre-heated pan on the stove and cook for 1-2 minutes each side over medium heat. Serve with seasonal fruit and natural greek yoghurt!
BLW friendly, just make sure your little one has tried everything individually first, there’s two common allergens in this one - eggs and peanuts.
